Do you form SPVs?
Yes. We may organize SPVs for select opportunities based on member interest and eligibility.
Is membership open enrollment?
Membership is curated and invite-only to maintain a high-trust, high-signal community.
Is Felspar Collective an investment fund?
No. Felspar Collective is a curated investment network, not a pooled fund. We surface high-quality opportunities, provide biology-first diligence, and facilitate aligned co-investment.
Do members have to invest in every deal?
No. Felspar Collective is not a fund and does not require passive participation. Members decide on each investment independently.
Are there management fees or carry?
There is no passive management fee and no membership fee. For select SPVs, economics are disclosed on a deal-by-deal basis and may include modest carry.
How are investments typically structured?
Investments may occur through direct checks, deal-specific SPVs, or co-investments alongside institutional funds.
How do you source deals?
We review direct submissions, referrals, and proactive sourcing across therapeutic and bioindustrial frontiers.
